Chia Coconut Pudding

This easy to make coconut chia pudding offers plenty of health benefits but it also delicious to taste.
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Organic Traditions Chia Seeds
  • 3/4 cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 tsp  Organic Traditions Vanilla Powder
  • Pinch Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp Planet Organic Coconut Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 Sliced Kiwi (optional)
 
Method

1.       In a small bowl combine the shredded coconut, chia seeds, vanilla & salt
2.       Add the coconut water and coconut milk and stir well, ensuring the ingredients are well               combined
3.       Place in the refrigerator and allow to rest for at least 2 hours
4.       Top with mixed berries and kiwi
5.       Drizzle with Coconut Almond Butter and enjoy
