Form Chocolate Peanut Protein Smoothie Recipe

This plant-based smoothie using Form’s Performance Chocolate Peanut protein powder packs a low-carb, high protein punch, with 43g of protein per serving. The silken tofu lends an indulgent, creamy texture.

Serves 1

Ingredients:
 
40g Performance Chocolate Peanut
140ml Almond Milk
20g Peanut Butter
70g Silken Tofu
½ Cup of Ice

 
Method:

It’s really simple. Just pop all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until all of the ice has been whizzed up.
 
You could also add half a banana or a handful of oats for an even more filling option.
