Review: Kohlrabi Slaw

We have really been successful growing kohlrabi this year, and are happy to have many tasty recipes to share.

Kohlrabi is a popular German vegetable. It is enjoyed in many ways. It’s often served as this recipe which we found posted by Rachel at the Millsap Farms CSA Blog. It’s a very nice slaw with a sweet sour flavor. It is important to allow the dressing to marinate the kohlrabi and carrots for a while. The slaw is easy to make.
