Ingredients:
- 1 cup Kale
- 1 cup Watercress
- 1/2 Avocado
- 3 tbsp Coconut Aminos
- Handful of activated Spirulina Sunseeds
- 1 tbsp Bee Pollen
Method
- 1. Massage the kale leaves in the coconut aminos then place into a bowl with the watercress
- 2. Top with chopped avocado
- 3. Mix well the tahini and olive oil. Drizzle over the salad
- 4. Sprinkle the activated sunseeds on top
